SHADYSIDE INN ALL SUITES HOTEL PITTSBURGH, Pittsburgh – Your ideal downtown stay

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming and adorable hotel! The rooms were super comfy, clean, and quaint with a contemporary décor. However, the only downside was that the room was very small and had only a single bed. The service was top-notch, with staff who were so helpful and accommodating, always with a smile and a wonderful attitude. The location was perfect for my needs, close to Carnegie Mellon University and within walking distance of a lovely shopping area. The dining experience, although available early in the morning in the room, was a bit lacking in terms of variety. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its cleanliness and location.

Staying at this hotel was like having my own little apartment near great shopping and restaurants. The snack bag provided was a nice touch, but the room, although small, still had a window to let in some natural light.

The hotel rooms were meticulously clean, like a furnished apartment, exceeding our expectations; however, they were super small and lacked a TV. The service ranged from very helpful, including free printing and package shipping, to unfriendly and inhospitable in certain instances. The location was perfect, within walking distance of various dining options and public transportation, despite cell service issues in the conference center. The dining experience was described as small, needing improvement, and the facilities were not specifically commented on.

My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, though being on the busy street side was a minor drawback. The service was excellent, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The location was superb, just a short walk away from shops in Shadyside and near various dining options. The dining experience could use some improvement, but the morning Western dishes were a nice touch.
